Kai Command is a personal AI assistant platform operated by Jeffery Ruiz. The service provides automated assistance including but not limited to: messaging, task management, research, scheduling, notifications, and information retrieval. The service is intended for personal and authorized use only.
Access to Kai Command is limited to authorized users. The service is not open to the general public. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

Kai Command uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and perform tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should verify important information independently. The service is provided as a productivity tool and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
Kai Command may use third-party telephony providers (such as Twilio) to send and receive calls and text messages. By using these features, you consent to receiving automated messages from the service. Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out of messaging at any time by contacting the operator.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All content, software, and materials on kaicommand.com are the property of the operator unless otherwise noted. Users retain ownership of any personal content they provide to the service.
Kai Command is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: errors in AI-generated content, service interruptions, data loss, or actions taken based on information provided by the assistant.
The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
